An ELA technology standard I am most prepared to teach with is using different sources to cite work. I have experience, especially in high school, with using multiple sources to find information. I think this will be easy to teach students as well. I think the hardest standard to follow would be analyzing the structure the author uses to organize a text. Analyzing text structures is not my strong suit and I feel like I would need to take more english classes to get better at it. I think I would like to use Internet, email and Microsoft word mostly with my students. I think these are the 3 most common and useful applications. I would like to teach 2nd or 3rd grade and I think this is an appropriate age group for these applications. I think a newsletter is an effective way to get information out to parents ad students.
